Shipping Information

We aim to post your order withing 2 to 5 working days. Sometimes we need to order bits & pieces in as we don't keep a large amount of stock, we'll let you know when that's the case.  

We offer a flat rate postage for all orders, which will automatically be added to your order at the checkout:

$5 New Zealand wide
$15 For Australia
Rest of world please contact us for an indication of price.

All domestic orders are shipped via Fastway Couriers, and are tracked to prevent loss. In the rare event that an order does go missing, we will assist you to locate your parcel but are not obliged to provide you with a refund or replacement.

For International orders, any extra fees or taxes imposed by customs are the buyers responsibility.

When we advertise FREE postage, you will still be charged $5 postage at the checkout. However your credit card will be reimbursed pronto. Alternatively, if you would rather take up the free postage offer immediately, you can email us with your purchase. We will then send you an invoice (excl postage) which you can pay through online banking.
