Nappy Covers & Wraps

Modern cloth nappy covers wrap around the prefold or fitted nappy, providing the waterproof layer of a 2 part cloth nappy system. Generally you will require 1 cover for every 3 or 4 nappy changes. You can also use a liner which will help cleaning up messy nappies and which protects the nappy from the build up of barrier creams.

In general, nappy covers & wraps are used with prefolds or fitted nappies. They come in various sizes and are fastened with Velcro or snaps.

Covers come in different breathable fabrics like PUL (polyurethane laminate), fleece and wool.
